Credentra Task

One place for every task, update and proof

Credentra Task is a task execution platform that helps teams assign work, record what happened, attach proof and keep every follow-up on track.

For employees

A phone app made for work away from a desk

My Day shows the next job first. Updating it takes a few taps, one question at a time.

  • Big buttons and plain words
  • English, Hindi and Tamil, with jobs read aloud
  • Call the customer or open the map from the job
  • Updates made with no signal are sent when the phone is back online

For managers

See all the work in one place

Every job with its status, owner and due time. Overdue work stands out, and lists can be filtered and saved.

  • Filter by status, priority, due date and person
  • Assign or reassign work, one job or many
  • See who is away before you assign
  • Reports on completion, on-time work and workload

Proof and approvals

Work is finished when the proof is there

Decide which work needs photos, documents or a checklist. Work that needs approval goes to a manager, who approves it or sends it back with a note.

  • Required proof is checked before a task can be finished
  • Photos, documents and voice notes stay with the task
  • Where and when each photo was taken, and how far from the customer's site
  • The customer signs on the screen or confirms with a one-time code
  • Nobody approves their own work

Location, with privacy built in

Know the work was done where it should be

When a job starts and finishes, its location is recorded and compared with the customer's address. It is off until you turn it on, and you choose the teams and types of work it applies to.

  • Check-in and check-out location for each job
  • Distance from the customer's site, with a flag when it is far
  • Off by default; set for each team and type of work
  • Your staff see a notice with your reason before anything is recorded
  • Positions are deleted after the period you choose

Follow-ups and repeat visits

Every follow-up has an owner and a due time

Each follow-up has a next action, an owner and a due time. Maintenance visits that repeat are created automatically.

  • A reminder when each follow-up is due
  • Late follow-ups can move to a manager
  • Monthly, quarterly or yearly visits created ahead of time
  • Working days and holidays respected

Set up around the way your team already works

  • Your words

Call it a job, a service ticket or a case. Every screen uses your terms.

  • Your steps

Rename statuses and choose which step can follow which, including review before closing.

  • Your outcomes

Short lists of outcomes, hold reasons and next actions, so updates stay consistent.

  • Your checks

Checklists, required fields, proof rules, location and the customer's confirmation for each type of work.

Each business's work stays private

  • Each organisation's data is kept separate at the database level
  • People see only what their role and team allow
  • Two-step sign-in, and passwords confirmed again for sensitive changes
  • A history of every change that cannot be edited
  • Uploaded files checked for viruses
  • Encrypted backups
  • Staff location only when your organisation turns it on, with a notice and a stated reason

Common questions

What is a task execution platform?

It is software that makes sure work assigned to people actually gets done and can be checked. Each task has an owner and a due time, the person records what happened and adds proof, and any next step is tracked until it is finished.

Does it work on phones?

Yes. Employees update their work on their phone. Managers and administrators use the web app on a computer or tablet, and managers can also follow their team on the phone.

Which languages does it support?

The employee app works in English, Hindi and Tamil, and can read a job aloud. Your organisation chooses its own words for jobs, statuses and outcomes.

Can a manager check work before it is closed?

Yes. For the types of work you choose, the task goes to a manager for review. The manager approves it or sends it back with a note, and nobody can approve their own work.

How is our data kept safe?

Each organisation's data is kept separate at the database level. People see only what their role allows, sign-in can require a second step, every change is recorded in a history that cannot be edited, files are checked for viruses, and backups are encrypted.

Can we see where the work was done?

Yes, if you turn it on. Each job can record its location when it starts and finishes, and each proof photo shows where and when it was taken, with the distance from the customer's site.

Does it track our staff all the time?

No. Location is off until your organisation turns it on, for the teams and types of work you choose. Staff see a notice with your reason first, and positions are deleted after the period you set.

Can the customer confirm the job is done?

Yes. For the types of work you choose, the customer signs on the screen or reads out a one-time code sent to them, and the job cannot be finished without it.
